All of the answers to the questions should be between 150 and 250 words in length and should give clear examples where appropriate. Try to include some examples of the work completed while you have been studying and any other relevant examples.

Tell us about a position of responsibility you have held and the challenges you faced.
Grad Top Tip: Don't be afraid to be quirky with your answer - we are looking for interesting individuals who enjoy a challenge.
Q4: Personal Interests
What personal interest gives you the greatest satisfaction? Illustrate what skills you have gained and how they are relevant to RLB.
Grad Top Tip: Hey - no extra marks for 'blindfolded skydiving' as your hobby...be honest!
Q5: Global Question
How can RLB gain a competitive advantage in the recovering market place?
